D. The quality of water furnished to Little Canada by the Board at the Point of Delivery <br />shall be the same as treated water supplied by the Board to its other water consumers, and <br />shall meet all State and Federal Drinking Water Standards. <br />E. Little Canada agrees that the use of Board furnished water in Little Canada shall at all <br />times be governed by the applicable rules, regulations and requirements which the Board <br />or City of Saint Paul has heretofore adopted or which may hereafter be adopted from <br />time -to -time for the preservation, regulation and protection of the Board's water supply. <br />Little Canada also agrees to adopt the rules, regulations and requirements of the Board or <br />City of Saint Paul now in force or that may hereafter be adopted, in connection with the <br />use of water in Little Canada, and to enact such rules, regulations and requirements into <br />ordinances or otherwise make them legally effective and binding, and to enact any <br />amendments thereto adopted by the Board or the City of Saint Paul within thirty (30) <br />days after being notified of such adoption, and to adopt suitable penalties for the <br />violation of any such rules, regulations and requirements and to strictly enforce such <br />rules, regulations and requirements. This section, however, shall be limited only to what <br />use the water could be put to by the Little Canada's retail customers and in no way gives <br />the Board the right to dictate rules of operation for the Little Canada water system. <br />F. Little Canada shall not allow the unmetered use of water from Carla Lane mains, except <br />from fire hydrants for public purposes and in accordance with Section 7.02.
