sole discretion, to perform such repairs, and Little Canada shall be responsible for all <br />costs incurred by the Board. <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />SECTION 5.01. Supplemental Supply <br />Little Canada shall have the right to supplement its water supply with any water supply <br />approved by the Minnesota State Board of Health, provided that no such supplemental water will be <br />allowed to enter the water system of the Board, and that any connection or transmission of <br />supplemental water through facilities or mains which transmit water purchased from the Board shall <br />be subject to the approval of the Board, which approval shall not be arbitrarily withheld. <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />SECTION 6.01 Connections Beyond Corporate Limits of City <br />Water extensions beyond Little Canada city limits into other municipalities, or the <br />conveyance, sale or resale of the Board's water to any person or entity located outside of Little <br />Canada's city limits, shall only be made with the Board's prior written approval, which approval <br />shall not be arbitrarily withheld, provided that the Board's approval may be conditioned upon the <br />other municipality's agreement to terms and conditions similar to those contained in this Agreement. <br />The parties agree that the Board reserves the right to request permission to provide its own <br />water extensions through and beyond Little Canada city limits and to provide a direct supply of water <br />to other communities or customers on its own. <br />ARTICLE 7 <br />SECTION 7.01 Rates <br />A.
