in the City of Saint Paul. However, in no case shall those rates be higher than the rates paid by any <br />other wholesale municipal customer of the Board. Exempt from this condition shall be if the Board <br />grants new - business incentive rates for water service contracts not yet in effect as of the Effective <br />Date of this Agreement. If said new- business incentive rates stay in effect for longer than five (5) <br />years, the rates for water sold by the Board to Little Canada shall be replaced with new rates, which <br />rates shall be the same as the lowest contract -life average rates paid by any other wholesale <br />municipal customer of the Board. <br />B. If the Board modifies its rate structure in any way that varies from a solely consumption <br />basis, either of its own accord or at the requirement of other governmental entities, both parties agree <br />that the Rate shall be adjusted to a "new rate ". This "new rate" shall not harm Little Canada by <br />increasing Little Canada's overall cost or harm the Board by decreasing the Board's overall revenue <br />under the contract. <br />SECTION 7.02. Meter Reading and Reporting <br />A. McCarrons Master Meter. <br />The Board shall make monthly meter readings on the last working day of each month and <br />shall provide such readings to Little Canada with the monthly billing. <br />B. Carla Lane Metered Water Usage. <br />Little Canada shall read all water meters for Little Canada properties served by the Little <br />Canada water main in Carla Lane, plus any Little Canada properties served by the <br />Board's water main in Keller Parkway, as shown on Attachment B. Interval of readings <br />shall be the same as Little Canada uses for its city -wide water, which at the <br />commencement of this Agreement is quarterly.
