regulatory requirements. A certification of compliant abatement shall be made <br />available to the City or its assigns at the completion of the work. <br />a The successful contractor shall be responsible for determining the <br />demolition /abatement procedures as they determine to be most effective, subject to <br />compliance with all pertinent regulatory requirements. <br />a The Contractor shall confine his /her apparatus, the storage of materials, and the <br />operations of his /her workers to the site. <br />a The Contractor shall provide for the use of portable toilet facilities (or other suitable <br />arrangements) by company representatives. Violations of this provision shall subject <br />the Contractor to a $500 fine for each occurrence. <br />a The property is available for on -site inspection during normal working hours (upon <br />request) by contacting the City of Little Canada at (651) 766 -4029. The Contractor <br />is responsible for conducting any site reviews necessary to ensure a complete <br />understanding of the terms and conditions of these specifications and any unique site <br />conditions. <br />a The attached "Demolition Quotation" form indicates the demolition activity to be <br />undertaken. The price submitted must encompass all costs. The award will be <br />considered based on the lowest responsible quotation. The owner reserves the right <br />to reject any and all quotations and to make the award in its best interests. <br />a Quotations may be mailed, faxed, or e- mailed to the City of Little Canada. (The concrete slab can be left in <br />place.) (See photo #'s 6 & 8) <br />Y Remove and dispose of all tires from the site. (See photo #5) <br />Remove and dispose of all other debris on the site (See Photos #1 <br />through #8). <br />If there are any questions on any of' the work components, please direct them to the <br />City Administrator prior to submitting your quotation. <br />3 <br />
