They just place information on <br />their web site for customers to view. <br />Roseville <br />Currently, they e -mail out a weekly news update (see attached) that <br />residents can request. They send it out as a Word document attached to an <br />e -mail. They also place this update on their web site They are currently <br />redesigning their web site and may expand their e -mail offerings. <br />Shoreview <br />They do offer an extensive Quick Subscribe service where residents can <br />sign up to receive information on a variety of topics. (see attached for list <br />of topics available) <br />Vadnais • Heights <br />They do not use e -mail to communicate with residents because they place <br />everything on their web site and direct their residents to use the web site <br />They feel that they do not need to e -mail the information to the residents <br />because it's available on their web site The residents can just visit the web <br />site periodically to get the needed information. <br />White Bear Lake <br />Similar to Vadnais Heights, they do not use e -mail to communicate with <br />residents.
