Join them at their Council meeting on May 8 for a special public comment time beginning at 6:00 p.m. At the meeting the City Council specifically wants to hear citizens' views on policy issues and priorities about City spending. The meeting will be at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. The meeting is open to the public. You can also watch on Cable Channel 16. Roseville Seeking Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission Applications The Roseville City Council is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the Public Works, Environment and Transportation (PWET) Commission. Deadline for applying is 4:30 p.m., June 2. The PWET Commission advises the City Council, City Manager and Director of Public Works on public works, environmental and transportation matters. The Commission maintains an interest in and an understanding of the Public Works Department and in federal, state, county, regional and other services that impact the City's public works functions. The five- member Advisory Commission meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. The person appointed to the Commission would fill a vacancy which expires on March 31, 2008. Commission members serve a three -year term and are eligible though not guaranteed to serve up to two consecutive terms.
