(dba The House) is requesting <br />concept review for their proposal to establish warehousing and retail facility on the old <br />Knox Lumber site located at 3203 Country Drive. The House specializes in the sale and <br />marketing of sporting goods over the internet and would utilize the site for warehousing <br />and office showroom purposes. The subject site is zoned PUD, Planned Unit <br />Development District and office warehousing and showrooms are permitted uses within <br />this district. The applicant has submitted materials for a concept review of a Planned <br />Unit Development Amendment. <br />Zoning. The subject site is zoned PUD and the site is subject to the regulations of the <br />B -W, Business Warehouse District due to the proposed nature of uses.
