Attached photos show the number of cars parked in the designated outdoor storage area. Staff <br />noted roughly 80 -90 cars present in this area on April 18 & 27, 2006. <br />CUP Recommendation #9 <br />All of the above mentioned conditions must be completed by December 31, 1999. <br />None of the listed items have been completed as of April 18 & 27, 2006. <br />Citation #906103324 <br />CUP "Other" Zoning Code Compliance Issues #4 <br />All junk and debris must be removed from the side and rear yards along with creating order to <br />the storage of materials on this site. <br />At the time of the inspections on April 18 & 27, 2006, there was junk and debris in both the side <br />and rear yard of this property. There is no order to the storage space. <br />CUP "Other" Zoning Code Compliance Issues #7 <br />All of the above mentioned conditions must be completed by June 30, 2000. <br />None of the listed items have been completed as of April 18 & 27, 2006. <br />Zoning- Code Section 921.030.E. Conditional Use Permit <br />Conditional Use Permit and Interim Use Permit Enforcement. Failure to comply with the <br />conditions of the conditional use permit, interim use permit, or the ordinances of the City shall <br />result in the conditional use permit or interim use permit being revoked by the City Council. <br />Revocation proceedings shall require a public hearing before the City Council, with notice and <br />due process according to Section 921.010.I., except that the City Council may waive Planning <br />Commission review. In the alternative, or in addition to revocation, the City may issue a citation <br />for a specific violation in accordance with Section 925.020 of this Ordinance. <br />Zoning Code Section 925. Enforcement and Penalties <br />925.010. This Ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the Zoning Administrator who is <br />appointed by the City Council. The Zoning Administrator may institute in the name of the City <br />of Little Canada any appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator as provided by statute, <br />charter or ordinance. <br />925.020. The City Administrator or designee (including, but not limited to a Code Enforcement <br />Officer, Zoning Administrator, Sheriff, or other person) may issue a citation for a violation of <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more <br />than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor prescribed under state law. Each day that a <br />violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br />5 <br />
