MINUTES <br />HISTORICAL <br />SOCIETY <br />DONATION <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO �CrUP & <br />`7-'�.RIANC'.E <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 26, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />November, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />lvIr. Ivfichael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />ivfr. Bill Biesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr, Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -77- 369 — APPRO LING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 12, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) Biesener, Anderson, Fahey, Montour, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey announced that the Little Canada Historical Society has <br />made a 55,000 donation to the City toward the repayment for their <br />building space. Fahey thanked the Historical Society for their diligent <br />efforts in repaying the cost of the building addition. <br />Mavor Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action <br />on the Valor Enterprises application for an Amendment to Conditional <br />:Ise Permit and Variance at 3165/3167 Spruce Street pending. additional <br />
