MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 8, 2006 <br />ADJOURN <br />Motion carried 6 — 1. Rheaume voted against. <br />The City Planner explained that the Planning Commission is a <br />recommending body and that the matter will now move to the City <br />Council for action at their June 28th meeting. <br />Rheaume stated that he felt that Mr. Sedaghat should have been given <br />until the end of July or August to bring the property into conformance. If <br />not, then the CUP's should be revoked. <br />Sedaghat asked about the citations that he has been issued. The City <br />Administrator indicated that these are criminal citations and are still <br />active. <br />Duray moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />The motion was seconded by Rheaume. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />City Clerk <br />16 <br />
