May 20,2006 <br />City Center <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Mn. 55117 <br />Attention: Mayor of Little Canada <br />Regarding: Pool Hall <br />Dear Mayor: <br />We the residents of Garden Terrace and Garden Terrace Commons on <br />Market Place Drive have concerns about the late night activities that are <br />happening in our parking lot and grounds. We have cars that have been <br />broken into and damaged and our yard on both the side of the building <br />and the back yard seem to be the playground for the young people visiting <br />the Billiard Hall. It seems that the area between the Salvation Army and our parking lot is a great attraction for them. We fne,beer <br />cans amongst other things in the grassy area. These activities make for a <br />great deal of unrest for the residents. We have also had window peepers <br />and in the summer months the noise after hours wakes many of the <br />residents.
