Hanson <br />www.ei.little- canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: June 22, 2006 <br />RE: Planned Unit Development Permit — Women's Life Care Center <br />In June of 2005 the Council approved a PUD Permit to allow the operation of a social <br />service organization by Women's Life Care Center at 2780 Middle Street in the Market <br />Square Town Office complex. (See minutes attached.) A condition of that PUD Permit <br />was a one year review to ensure that there are adverse impacts from this business <br />essentially related to parking. <br />The Sheriff's Department was contacted relative to any issues they might have with this <br />organization. Please see the e -mail attached from the Sheriff's Department which <br />indicates that there have been no calls for service at Women's Life Care Center. Staff is <br />also not aware of any parking concerns. <br />Absent any concerns from adjacent property owners, City staff would recommend a <br />favorable review of the PUD Permit. <br />cc: Women's Life Care Center <br />
