Your letter was forwarded to Lt. Mike <br />Salter with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department and his reply is attached. <br />As you can see from Lt. Salter's response, the activities you indicated are occurring near <br />the Garden Terrace buildings need to be reported to the Sheriff's Department. The <br />Sheriff's Department has been unaware of problems at Coliseum Billiards. Lt. Salter also <br />suggests that the Garden Terrace community contact Crime Prevention Deputy Dan <br />Ruettimann to establish a Neighborhood Watch Program. Deputy Ruettimann's <br />telephone number is 651- 266 -7339. <br />Again, thank you for your letter, and I strongly encourage you and the Garden Terrace <br />Community to report any problematic activities that are occurring near your homes.
