Incident Report <br />Ramsey County Sheriffs Department <br />05033157 <br />Printed: 01/26/06 09:53 AM <br />Narrative <br />1 Sullivan,Richard Kenneth, 10/23/75(30), 6704 Orchard Lane, Brooklyn Center, MN <br />2 55429, H)763- 566 -3491, W /M. <br />3 <br />4 On Saturday evening, December 10th, 2005, at approximately 11:11pm, Ramsey <br />5 County Deputies Glen Pothen, Kevin Otto, and muself were conducting Alchhol <br />6 Compliance Checks in the city of Little Canada. We were assisted by two 20 Y/O <br />7 male underage buyers, JMS & MWB. <br />8 <br />9 At this time we were with both buyers and we sent them into Saxon Lanes & Lounge <br />10 at 61 Little Canada Road W. to attempt to purchase alcohol without ID. We had <br />11 given the buyers a twenty dollar bill to use for the purchase. JMS & MWB went <br />12 in and directly to the lounge area where they approached the bar. There they <br />13 ordered two Miller Beers. They were served by a w/m older bartender who never <br />14 asked them for any ID. The buyers then took the beers to a table out by the <br />15 bowling lanes and called us on our cell phone informing us of the sale. <br />16 <br />17 Deputy Pothen and I then entered the business and went to the buyers table. <br />18 There we obtained the two beers and the cash change from the sale. We then <br />19 approached the only bartender present and asked if he had sold the two buyers <br />20 the two beers we were holding. He looked and said yes.
