I <br />23 asked Sullivan why he didn't ask them for any ID, and he replied "well I was <br />24 pretty busy at the time." I then asked Sullivan how long he had been a <br />25 bartender and he replied that he had been with the company for about six(6) <br />26 years. I asked him if he knew he should have asked for ID and he said, "yes." <br />27 Deputy Pothen and I then refunded the merchandise and obtained our twenty dollar <br />28 bill back. We also informed Sullivan that we would be writing a report which <br />29 would go to the City Managar and the City Attorney for possible charges.
