Incident Report 05033154 <br />Ramsey County Sheriffs Department Printed: 01/26/06 09:54 AM <br />Narrative <br />1 Johnson, Douglas Mark, 05/15/57, 706 Heinel Drive, Roseville, MN 55113, <br />2 -1)651- 645 -2654, W /M. <br />3 <br />4 On Saturday evening, December 10th, 2005, at approximately 5:55pm, Ramsey County <br />5 Deputies Glenn Pothen, Kevin Otto, and myself were conducting Alcohol <br />6 Compliance Checks in the city of Little Canada. We were assisted by two 20 Y/O <br />7 male underage buyers, JMS & MWB. <br />8 <br />9 At this time, I was with buyer JMS and 1 sent him into the MGM Liquor store at <br />t0 2680 Rice Street to attempt to purchase alcohol without ID. 1 had given him a <br />11 twenty dollar bill to use for the purchase. JMS went in and selected a eighteen <br />12 can case of Michelob Lite Beer and brought it to the sales counter. There were <br />13 three sales clerks present, and an older W/M clerk, later identified by <br />14 Minnesota Drivers License as Johnson, helped JMS make his purchase. JMS used <br />15 the twenty and paid for the beer, and left the store. JMS came directly to me <br />16 with the merchandise and the cash change from the sale. I then took the beer <br />17 and the change back into the store. <br />18 <br />19 I went to the sales counter and identified myself. I asked to speak to a <br />20 manager. I informed him that one of his clerks had just made a sale of alcohol <br />21 to an underage buyer.
