Incident Report 05033154
Ramsey County Sheriffs Department Printed: 01/26/06 09:54 AM
22 this Michelob Lite BeerT Both clerks looked at the beer and Johnson stated
23 that he, in fact had sold the beer. I obtained Johnsons' Minnesota DL, and
24 asked him if he had asked the buyer for some Identification. Johnson said he
25 did not, but did go on to say he always asks for ID. Johnson offered no other
26 explanation for his actions. I asked the manager if all his sales clerks had
27 recieved training regarding alcohol sales and the law, he stated yes they had.
26 I then refunded the merchandise and obtained the twenty dollar bill back.
29
30 Johnson, then asked me what would happen and I explained that I would be writing
31 a report which would be reviewed by the Little Canada City Attorney for
32 possible charges. I also told the manager that a report would also go to the
33 City Manager for their review. I then exited the store.
34 A photocopy of the Polaroid photos of each buyer is attached.
35
36 Deputy Tom Johnson 10638/510
Reporting Officer: Deputy T.
