Incident Report
Ramsey County Sheriffs Department
05033156
Printed: 01/26/06 11:08 AM
Narrative
1 San, Nheng, 06/07/72(33), 14210 Vanadium Street NW, Ransey, Mn 55303,
2 H)651- 249 -8520, A /F.
3
4 On Saturday evening, December 10th, 2005, at approximately 6:16pm, Ramsey County
5 Deputies Glenn Pothen, Kevin Otto and myself were conducting Alcohol Compliance
6 Checks in the city of Little Canada. We were assisted by two 20 Y/O male
7 underage buyers, JMS & MWB.
6
9 At this time I was with buyer JMS and I sent him into the Moon Bay Liquor Store
10 at 2900 Rice Street to attempt to purchase alcohol without ID. I had given him
11 a twenty dollar bill to use for the purchase. JMS went in and selected an
12 eighteen can pack of Miller Lite Beer and brought it to the sales counter.
13 There were two sales clerks at the time and JMS was helped by the young Asain
14 female wearing a "Santa Cap." JMS was helped and the sale completed. JMS then
15 left the store and came directly to me and gave me the merchandise and the cash
16 change. I then took the beer and the change back into the store.
17
18 I went to the sales counter and identified myself and asked for a manager. The
19 other Asain female told me that she was the new owner of the business. I then
20 informed her that her sales clerk had sold alcohol to an underage buyer. 1
21 asked the female with the cap for identification. She was identified by
Reporting Officer: Deputy T. Johnson (10638/510) Page4 of 5
