She said, "yes." At this San was visably upset and said <br />26 that she was going home, that we had tricked her! I said no, in fact all we <br />27 were doing is checking to see if the businesses were following the alcohol <br />28 compliance laws. I then said I would be writing a report that would go to the <br />29 City Manager and City Attorney for possible charges.
