SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />In regards to the consideration of concept approval for a ten lot residential subdivision <br />located at 3032 Labore Road, 3040 Labore Road, and 3046 Labore Road, the Planning <br />Commission may recommend approval of the request for concept stage approval of a <br />ten lot residential subdivision, based on a finding that it is consistent with the <br />Subdivision Ordinance, subject to the following conditions: <br />a The applicant shall submit a revised plan, including building envelopes for Lots 1, <br />2, and 3 and street layouts surrounding the plat. <br />The applicant shall revise the layout of Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 to meet all lot <br />requirements and setbacks. <br />c. The applicant shall apply for a Conditional Use Permit and submit a wetland <br />systems impact plan. <br />Planning staff recommends approval of the request for concept stage approval of the <br />ten lot residential subdivision, subject to the conditions outlined above.
