from the date of the Notice of Noncompliance unless the system is determined <br />to be an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare. The Building <br />Official may grant an extension because of weather considerations not to <br />exceed 6 months. <br />3. Any individual sewage treatment system posing an imminent threat shall be <br />upgraded, replaced, repaired, or its use discontinued and the system properly <br />abandoned within 10 months after receiving written Notice of Noncompliance. <br />(h) Additional Soil Treatment Area Requirements. <br />1. On all lots created after January 23, 1996, the system design shall include at <br />least one designated additional soil treatment area, which can support a <br />standard soil treatment system. <br />(i) Enforcement <br />1. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance or who makes <br />any false statement on a Certificate of Compliance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. <br />2. In the event of a violation of this ordinance, in addition to other remedies, the <br />City Attorney may institute appropriate actions or proceedings to prevent, <br />restrain, correct, or abate such violations. <br />205.210. SEVERABILITY.
