Hanson <br />www.ei.little-eanada.mn.us <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Little Canada is proposing a Text Amendment to the Shoreland District decreasing the <br />required front yard setback in the Single - Family Zoning District (R -1) to thirty (30) feet. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />The Little Canada Planning Commission will be reviewing this matter at a regular meeting scheduled <br />for Thursday, January 12, 2006. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council to review this request at <br />their regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter <br />as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on <br />Thursday, January 12, 2006 and the City Council meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2006. <br />Sign language interpreters for hearing- impaired persons are available for public hearings upon request. <br />The request for this service must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
