The City will provide: <br />1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. <br />2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. <br />Program 2: <br />The second quotation is the cost for a late summer /fall sweeping to include sweeper(s), <br />operator(s), and transportation to a dump site selected by the contractor that will accept leaves. The <br />sweep will take place between late August and early October. The City will provide: <br />1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. <br />2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. <br />Alternate 1 for Program 2 Only: <br />This alternate is for the City to provide trucking of material to the designated site chosen by <br />the contractor. It is anticipated that one, single axel truck would be used due to lower volumes of <br />material to removed from the roads in the summer period. The City will provide: <br />1. Hydrant(s) or other suitable water source for sweepers. <br />2. Space for overnight parking in the area of the City garage. <br />3. Single -axel dump truck. <br />Other Details: <br />A City map is enclosed. Based on past records, there are approximately 30 centerline miles of City <br />streets that take between 90 and 120 hours to sweep in the spring. It is anticipated that the late <br />summer /fall sweep will not take as long. No parlcing lots are included in the sweeping program. <br />Quotations shall be directed to the Public Works Superintendent and delivered to City Hall at 515 E. <br />Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 or faxed to (651) 766 -4048. <br />The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and waive irregularities and infouualities <br />therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. <br />
