D. , The City will undertake no additional construction projects which either <br />reduce the amount of parking currently available at the City Center, nor which would <br />increase the demand for parking, without renegotiating this agreement or making <br />alternative arrangements for overflow parking, as deemed necessary by the City. <br />E. When possible, the City will inform Norm's and /or the District prior to any <br />time in which the City believes that the need for overflow parking will occur. <br />F. The City hereby agrees to allow parking on its property by the other <br />parties as stated herein. <br />Section 1.2 By the District. The District makes the following representations as the <br />basis for the undertaking on its part as defined below: <br />A. The District is authorized to enter into this Agreement and to carry out its <br />obligations hereunder. <br />B. The District will require all parking of employees and visitors to the District <br />office to occur first at the District when parking spaces are available. <br />C. The District will utilize the other parties' parking space solely as temporary <br />overflow parking for events at the District office. <br />D. The District will undertake no additional construction projects which either <br />reduce the amount of parking currently available at the District Office, nor which would <br />increase the demand for parking, without renegotiating this agreement or making <br />alternative arrangements for overflow parking, as deemed necessary by the District. <br />E. When possible, the District will inform Norm's and /or City prior to any time <br />in which the District believes that the need for overflow parking will occur. <br />F. The District hereby agrees to allow parking on its property by the other <br />parties as stated herein. <br />Section 1.3 By Norm's. Norm's makes the following representations and <br />undertakings: <br />A. Norm's has the legal authority and power to enter into this Agreement. <br />B. Norm's will operate and maintain the property in accordance with the <br />terms of this Agreement, attached Exhibits, and all local, state, and federal laws and <br />regulations. <br />2 <br />
