06-43 <br />Special Provisions <br />1. In order for the ponds to be allowed in the buffer area, the whole area being disturbed shall <br />be seeded with a native seed mix to be approved by the District. This includes any areas <br />that are being counted in the buffer calculations but are being disturbed by pond <br />construction. <br />2. Pipes to the ponds shall be extended to the normal water level of the pond. <br />3. Silt fence detail shall indicate the use of a monofilament fabric, <br />4. Inlet protection shall be shown on the plans as well as a detail. <br />5. Silt fence and area of disturbance shall be at least 10 feet from wetland edge. One location <br />on the eastern end of the project does not meet that requirement. <br />6. The wetland buffer signs along back side of eastern pond shall be moved to the back of lot 1, <br />block 2. <br />7. The wetland 100 -year high water level shall be shown on the plans. <br />8. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) shall be submitted to the District as well <br />as a copy of the MPCA permit received for this project. <br />- 2 5 - <br />
