Program Marketing <br />To reach as many eligible organizations as possible, staff will market the Community Support <br />Program in the following ways: <br />January 2026 City Newsletter <br />Friday Update E-newsletter <br />Social Media <br />City website <br />Direct advertisement to our 50+ community partner and organizations' email list <br />APPLICATION PROCESS: <br />The application form will be developed before the program launches in January 2026 and will be <br />built into a website form to ensure we can accurately track receipt dates on a first-come, first- <br />served basis. <br />City staff will review the applications as they are received and will award the grants to the <br />organizations that successfully complete all program requirements outlined above. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends a motion to approve the development of a Community Support Program to <br />begin in January 2026.
