Four of these cities (St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Maplewood, Falcon Heights) do not <br />own their water infrastructure, nor do they manage an enterprise water fund or bill their residents for <br />water services. Instead, the water is billed directly to residents by SPRWS. Two of the cities (Roseville <br />and Arden Hills) own their water infrastructure, operate their own enterprise water fund, and bill their <br />residents like Little Canada. <br /> <br />Note that the current 2025 rates have been used for comparison purposes since the 2026 rates are not <br />available. The yellow bar is Little Canada’s 2025 rate, and the green bar is the proposed 2026 rate. <br /> <br />Little Canada’s water rates for winter and summer are the lowest when compared to 2025.
