The yellow bar is Little Canada’s 2025 rate, and the green bar is the proposed 2026 rate. <br /> <br />As noted in the graphs, City of Little Canada sewer rates are the 4th lowest when compared to other cities <br />in 2025. The analysis below assumes a quarterly flow of 12,000 gallons. <br /> <br />When comparing the Little Canada sewer bill ($ 81.13) to the lowest city quarterly sewer bill (Rossville <br />$76.98), Little Canada charges 5.39% more. Further, when compared with the highest city quarterly <br />sewer bill (Arden Hills $163.23), Little Canada charges 101% less for its sewer bill. The average sewer <br />bill for all six cities is $100.25; Little Canada charges 23.56% less for its sewer when compared to the <br />average bill. <br /> <br />
