<br />There are three types of accounts that the city charges a sewer fee:
<br />
<br />1. Sewer only accounts – These are accounts that are on a personal well system for water
<br />
<br />2. Fixed accounts – These are the accounts that are not on the city’s water and are connected to the
<br />city sewer (Vadnais Heights and Maplewood accounts)
<br />
<br />3. Sewer billed on water usage – All other accounts that are on both city’s water and sewer
