Three layout designs were shared. <br />Layout #1 showed an east/west facing building with attached exterior restrooms. <br />Layout #2 showed the same layout but included a separate restroom building closer to the <br />playground. <br />Layout #3 showed a north/south facing building with exterior restrooms attached. <br />The TAC discussed they would like to see bathrooms attached to the exterior of the building <br />rather than an additional structure. They would like to see clear separation from the public <br />exterior restrooms and the outdoor rental space. <br />They would like both a public and private outdoor space, the private rental space would be <br />located towards the southeast area of the parcel. <br />They would also like to see a rain garden that follows the curve of the ball fields to serve as a <br />barrier between the fields and the building. <br />The outdoor furniture should be stationary and durable. <br />The TAC took a break at 7:29pm. <br />The TAC meeting resumed at 7:39pm. <br />169
