Amendment 1 to Agreement Regarding Municipality Attachments <br />to Streetlight Poles Owned by Northern States Power Company <br /> <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is dated as of November 1, 2025 and pertains to and is made a <br />part of that Agreement Regarding Municipality Attachments to Streetlight Poles Owned by Northern States <br />Power Company ("Agreement") dated October 7th, 2025 between Northern States Power Company, a <br />Minnesota corporation d/b/a Xcel Energy ("Xcel Energy") and City of Little Canada ("Municipality"). All <br />undefined capitalized terms herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms as set forth in the <br />Agreement. <br />1. Amendments. The parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br />a) The following is hereby after the first sentence of Paragraph 3 of Exhibit D: <br />“If the Municipality’s insurance carrier is unable to provide the required notice of cancellation or notice of a <br />material modification of any insurance policy directly to Xcel Energy as required herein, Municipality shall <br />provide such notice to Xcel Energy within the same time period required under this Agreement.” <br /> <br />2. Governing Terms. As modified by this Amendment, Municipality and Xcel Energy agree that the terms <br />and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and all exhibits, schedules, addenda, and prior modifications <br />thereto, if any, shall remain in full force and effect and shall govern, control, and contain the entire <br />understanding between Municipality and Xcel Energy with respect to the subject matter of this <br />Amendment, except as otherwise modified by the express written agreement between Municipality and <br />Xcel Energy.
