<br /> 2202-6 <br />2202.060. RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />1. Any person registered as a massage therapist or complementary and alternative health <br />care practitioner hereunder shall display such license, or a true copy thereof, in a prominent place at <br />such person's place of employment. <br /> <br />2. Upon demand of any police officer at the place of employment, any person licensed <br />hereunder shall produce correct identification, identifying himself/herself by his/her true legal name <br />and correct address. <br /> <br />3. During business hours, all massage therapy and complementary and alternative health <br />care establishments shall be open to inspection by City Building and License Inspectors, Health <br />Officers, and police officers. <br /> <br />4. Any person licensed hereunder shall practice massage therapy or complementary and <br />alternative health care practices only at such location or locations as are designated in the license. <br />Any person registered hereunder shall inform the City Administrator, in writing, of any change in <br />location prior to its occurrence. <br /> <br />5. No customers or patrons shall be allowed to enter or remain on the licensed premises <br />after 9:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m. daily. <br /> <br />6. No beer, liquor, narcotic drug or controlled substance, as such terms are defined by <br />State statutes or the City Code, shall be permitted on licensed premises. <br /> <br />7. Violation of any law or regulation relating to building, safety or health, shall be <br />grounds for revocation of any license. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no locks on doors of massage or complementary and alternative health <br />care practice rooms. <br /> <br />9. No part of the licensed premises shall be used for or connected with any bedroom or <br />sleeping quarters. No person shall sleep within the licensed premises except for a limited period <br />incidental to and directly related to the provision of massage therapy or complementary and <br />alternative health care services. No beds, mattresses, water mattresses, cots, or other such equipment <br />designed or commonly used for sleeping shall be permitted on the premises. This provision does not <br />apply to massage tables used for treatment purposes. <br /> <br />109. Whenever a massage or complementary and alternative health care practice is given, <br />it shall be required by the massage therapist or complementary and alternative health care <br />practitioner that the person who is receiving the massage shall have her breasts and his/her buttocks <br />and genitals covered by a nontransparent material. <br /> <br />110. Any massage therapists or complementary and alternative health care practitioners <br />performing any massages or complementary and alternative health care practice shall at all times
