CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 921 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 2202 AND 2203, MASSAGE AND <br />COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE PRACTICES, OF THE <br />LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE TO REGULATE NON-MASSAGE TOUCH-BASED <br />COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE PRACTICES <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends City Code Chapter 2202, Massage Therapy and Complementary <br />and Alternative Health Care Practices as an Accessory Use, and Chapter 2203, Massage <br />Therapy and Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practices as a Principal Use. <br />This ordinance adds new regulations for non-massage touch-based complementary and <br />alternative health care practices in a manner consistent with legitimate public health, <br />safety, and welfare objectives. The full text of Ordinance 921 is available for inspection <br />at Little Canada City Hall during regular business hours or online in the December 17, <br />2025 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
