This is for one inspection only. Minimum fee for rough-in inspection and final is $100 $120 plus $1.00 state surcharge. Maximum Fee: Maximum fee for single family dwelling or townhouse not over 200 amps is $200 $225.00 (up to 25 circuits, additional circuits are $12.00 each) plus $1.00 state surcharge. Maximum of 3 inspections of 2 rough-in’s and 1 final inspection. Failed inspections are an additional $60 each. Apartment Buildings: Fee per unit of an apartment or condominium complex is $90 $110. This does not cover service, unit feeders, or house panels, and includes up to 15 circuits per unit. Additions, Remodels, or Basement Finishes $100 $120 (Includes up to 10 circuits and 2 inspections) Electronic Inspection fee for these items only: air conditioning, bath fan, fireplace, furnace, or receptacle for water heater $40 per item Low voltage fire alarm, low voltage heating & air conditioning control wiring $0.85 $1 per device Re-inspection Fee: $50 $60 Re-siding jobs First unit @ $50 $60 Each additional unit @ $35 Residential Accessory Structures The greater of $55 $75 for panel plus $9 $12 per circuit OR $100 $120 for 2 inspections Retro Fit Lighting $0.85 $1 per fixture Sign Transformer or Driver $9 per transformer
