CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 928 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE/RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATIVE TO 2026 STORMWATER, 2026 WATER & SEWER RATES, 2026 <br />TRASH & RECYCLING RATES, BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING <br />& RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT FEE, LICENSES AND PARK FACILITY RENTAL RATES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: The <br />Fee/Rate Schedule for the City of Little Canada is amended as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in <br />the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance <br />is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the <br />City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Fee/Rate Schedule for 2026 stormwater <br />rates, 2026 water & sewer rates, trash & recycling rates, building, electrical, mechanical <br />and plumbing permits, right-of-way permits and park facility rental rates. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 2026. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 17th day of December, 2025. <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> BY: Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
