CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCES NO. 922-926 <br /> <br />ORDINANCES AMENDING ZONING CODE CHAPTERS 904-907 AND <br />CHAPTERS 914-915 AND CHAPTERS 918-919 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />• Ordinance 922 amends Zoning Code Chapters 904, 905, 906 and 907 to <br />streamline accessory building and structure district standards. <br />• Ordinance 923 amends Zoning Code Chapter 914 to set parameters for <br />conditional use permits for detached accessory buildings. <br />• Ordinance 924 amends Zoning Code Chapter 915 to allow for accessory dwelling <br />units and to improve accessory building standards. <br />• Ordinance 925 amends Zoning Code Chapter 918 to clarify setback exceptions <br />and building measurements. <br />• Ordinance 926 amends Zoning Code Chapter 919 to add definitions relevant to <br />accessory building and structures updates. <br /> <br />The full text of these ordinances are available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall <br />during regular business hours or online in the December 17, 2025 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
