Staff Report <br />To: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />From: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />Date: December 17, 2025 <br />Re: Accept 2025 Donations and 10% Charitable Gambling Funds <br />Action To Be Considered: <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />•Acceptance of the July 1, 2025 – December 12, 2025, cash donations, non-cash <br />donations, and charitable gambling funds as listed in the attached reports. <br />Background: <br />Attached is a listing of cash donations the City of Little Canada has received and 10% gambling <br />funds the City receives from charitable gambling conducted by the Little Canada Fire Department, <br />Little Canada Recreation Association and Little Canada Canadian Days, along with a non- <br />monetary donation for the period July 1, 2025 – December 12, 2025. <br />Non-monetary donations received: <br />•Domino’s Pizza: 40 Pizzas for Football for All event ($603 value) <br />•Porterhouse: $50 Gift Card for Holiday Light Map activity <br />•McDonalds: Cookies for 2025 Cookies with Santa event (est. $200) <br />•Caribou Coffee: Coffee & Hot Chocolate for 2025 Cookies with Santa event (est. $250) <br />Staff Recommendations: <br />Pursuant to State Statute, staff is recommending acceptance of these donations and charitable <br />gambling funds. <br />Attachments: <br />•Report of donations received
