CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 929 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 802, TOBACCO PRODUCTS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: Little <br />Canada City Code Section 802.025. Restrictions on Number of Licenses and Sunsetting of <br />Licenses as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in <br />the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance <br />is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the <br />City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />This ordinance amends City Code Chapter 802, Tobacco Products to reduce the number of <br />allowed tobacco store licenses from two to one; and allow a tobacco store license to be <br />issued to a new owner and/or a new location for a tobacco store that was operating and <br />licensed prior to May 25, 2022. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
