<br />The A/E shall work collaboratively with the City to ensure project alignment with schedule, budget, <br />and quality objectives. <br /> <br />Preferred Sub-Consultant <br />Due to the recently completed built work within Pioneer Park, the predesign study and the <br />familiarity with the project site and City, Bolton & Menk is the preferred sub-consultant to provide <br />the following services: <br />• Surveying <br />• Landscape Architecture <br />• Civil Engineering <br /> <br />Anticipated Project Schedule: <br />The following schedule is provided for planning purposes and is subject to change at the City’s <br />discretion: <br />• RFP Issued: February 12, 2026 <br />• Pre-Proposal Conference: February 23, 2026 <br />• Questions Deadline: February 27, 2026 <br />• Proposals Due: March 13, 2026 <br />• Evaluation & Interviews (if conducted): March 2026 <br />• City Council Authorization: March 25, 2026 <br />• Schematic Design Phase Completion: June 30, 2026 <br />• Construction Anticipated: 2027 <br /> <br />Pre-Proposal Conference/Meeting: <br />Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference/Meeting at 10:00 AM on <br />Monday, February 23, 2026.
