MINUTES <br />RCLLG <br />BEYOND <br />THE YELLOW <br />RIBBON <br />PROGRAM <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 29, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 29th day of <br />March, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Public Works Supt. <br />City Engineer <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Vanessa VanAlstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -3 -51— APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 14, 2012 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />McGraw reported on the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Government's (RCLLG) Beyond The Yellow Ribbon Program to <br />support military families with members on either active duty or <br />who have returned from active duty. This is a volunteer program <br />designed to provide a wide range of assistance from providing help with <br />lawn care and /or snow shoveling, to driving people to appointments, <br />events, etc. McGraw reported that the RCLLG is in the process of <br />
