MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 13, 2004 <br />ZONING <br />CODE <br />AMENDMENT - <br />TEMPORARY <br />SIGNAGE <br />JOHN KEIS <br />ADJOURN <br />Motion seconded by Weihe. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />The City Planner indicated that the Code Enforcement Officer has <br />requested an amendment to the Zoning Code to clarify the intent <br />that temporary signage allowed for individual tenants of multi - <br />tenant buildings is limited to a total of 60 days in a calendar year. <br />The Planner agreed that this was the intent of the ordinance when it was <br />drafted and adopted several months ago. The proposed wording change <br />clarifies this intent. <br />Weihe recommended approval of an ordinance amending Chapter 903.110 <br />of the Little Canada City Code known as the Zoning Code, relative to the <br />regulation of temporary signs. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />The Planning Commission thanked John Keis for his service on the <br />Commission and his leadership as Chair. Keis, in turn, thanked the <br />Commission for their hard work and support. Keis stated that the entire <br />Commission always made his job an easy one. <br />Wojcik recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Rheaume. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />City Clerk <br />-4- <br />
