Hanson <br />Attached is a copy of the 2004 Audit contract proposed by Tautges Redpath, Ltd. The <br />cost of the audit is proposed at $23,950 which includes $3,500 for GASB 34 financial <br />statement preparation which is a new reporting requirement beginning with 2004. <br />I would recommend approval of the Audit Contract as presented. <br />
