Hanson <br />The results of the 2005 Goal Setting Session will be finalized early next week (after <br />Council Member LaValle has voted). They will be emailed to each of you for your <br />review prior to Wednesday's meeting. At the meeting, I would anticipate some <br />discussion of the ranking method to be used (City Council only versus all participants). <br />Staff will develop the appropriate action plans for future consideration once the top goals <br />are determined. <br />Below is the ranking method used at past sessions: <br />1991 & 1993 <br />1996 & 1998 <br />2000 that 2004 <br />Point totals of all participants (.Don Salverda facilitated) <br />Point totals of all participants (Susan Hoyt facilitated) <br />Three votes of Council Members (Mark Nagel facilitated) <br />
