CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDINANCE NO. e. AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE CONSIDERATION AND ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR OPEN AND OUTSIDE STORAGE AS AN ACCESSORY USE WITHIN THE I -P INDUSTRIAL PARK ZONING DISTRICT TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. An Interim Ordinance establishing a moratorium relating to certain property within the City of Little Canada. (A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has adopted a Comprehensive Plan and Official Controls, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City Council has authorized staff to conduct a study and to analyze existing uses, proposed uses, and existing zoning of the property described below within the City of Little Canada, for the purpose of considering amendments to the Comprehensive Plan or Official Controls relating to the property described below. (B) Pursuant to Minn. Stat. §462.355, subd. 4, this interim ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning process and the health, safety, and welfare of Little Canada citizens, hereby prohibits the consideration and issuance of conditional use permits for open and outside storage as an accessory use relative to all property located within the City of Little Canada within the "I -P" Industrial Park Zoning District. (C) This interim ordinance establishes a moratorium, as provided herein, which shall expire on , , if not extended or repealed prior to that time.
