It does not appear that the proposed subdivision <br />affects the non - conforming status of the site. Therefore, the existing billboard can likely <br />remain in place, however, no further use or subdivision of that parcel can occur until the <br />billboard is removed. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />The proposed Hillcrest Preliminary Plat appears to meet the zoning standards of the I -P, <br />Industrial Park District.
