The City shall pay to the Millers $34,890;
2. Upon payment of the amount indicated in No. 1 above, the Millers will quit claim to the
City the South 16 feet of their property and the East 17 feet of their property plus the
existing easement/right -of -way the City currently used for Condit Street;
3. The City will require Masterpiece Homes (and /or other parties who may claim some
right) to vacate the driveway easementicartway which currently exists across the northern
portion of the Millers' property. This could be accomplished by Masterpiece Homes quit
claiming to the Millers the property covered by the driveway easement/cartway;
4. The City of Little Canada agreeing to pay any and all charges associated with moving the
power lines which currently serve the Millers' house. These lines may be required to be
relocated as a result of developing Nadeau Road;
ECEE!VED OCT 2 5 2034
