As you know, the action plan
related to this goal calls for an update of the Park Master Plan.
To begin this process, the Parks & Recreation Commission would like to have ajoint
workshop with the City Council to generally discuss the Park Master Plan and review the
Scope of Work (attached) that has been developed for this project. The Scope of Work
was put together by Bill Sanders, Parks Consultant, and reviewed and modified by the
City Administrator and myself prior to submission to the Parks & Rec Commission.
The Commission requests that the City Council call for this workshop meeting as soon as
feasible. The workshop could be held prior to one of the Council's regular meetings.
