CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />OF STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following street right -of- <br />way: <br />Park Street lying between County Road B -2 on the south and Demons Street on <br />the north. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />The Council will consider the vacation of such street right -of -way and <br />a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation the 10th day of <br />August, 2005, before the City Council in the City Center at 7:30 p.m., and the <br />City Administrator shall give published and posted notice as required by law. <br />
