Her letter of July 8th circumvents that <br />request by using the RF maps to indicated there is still a "hole" in their coverage by <br />co- locating on that tower which renders the other considerations moot. <br />4. A new site plan with landscaping has been proposed with less planting that the initial <br />one submitted by Mark Holm. Staff would recommend we see screening similar to <br />the earlier submittal with a hardier evergreen than arborvitaes and with a height of at <br />least six feet as indicated on the new plan. <br />We have until the 27th of July to act on this matter if the Council wants additional <br />information.
