Hanson <br />www.ci.little-canath.inn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: July 22, 2005 <br />RE: Community Survey Proposal <br />Decision Resources is preparing a formal proposal for a Little Canada community survey, <br />and we hope to have that proposal by Wednesday's meeting. In addition to cost, this <br />proposal will include a step by step timeline for completing the survey. In discussing <br />cost and average length of survey, Decision Resources indicated that the average <br />municipal survey consists of 100 questions with the cost ranging from $14,000 to <br />$15,000. <br />Please note that $15,000 has been budgeted for in 2005 for a community survey. <br />
